2. Physical Products
For physical products, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (such as paid courses, memberships, etc.), you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you cancel your subscription after the billing cycle has begun, you will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
